What is Your Anger Style?
There are thought to be three main anger styles.
Swallow it; Express it; Manage it
We often do what we do because it’s what we learned to do. Sometimes we decide we want to do it a different way. First we need to identify what we do:
Deny the anger but show it in other ways?
What do you think?
I don’t have the right to be angry.
Anger is childish or wrong.
I won’t be able to cope with the strong feelings.
If I show anger people won’t like me.
