However it is not a struggle we have to just accept, but rather one that we can train ourselves to effectively manage for the benefit of our health. Awareness of stress and anxiety is being raised through a focus on positive mental health and wellbeing, especially now that formal structures such as ISO9001 are including a clause specifically focused on wellbeing in the workplace. This free short online course has been designed with a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) basis to help you understand the way your thoughts and feelings interact, and to equip you with techniques that help you to take control of your stress and anxiety for yourself.
