We assisted Ideal Health in achieving their ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Certification. As they had an upcoming surveillance audit for ISO 9001, we conducted an Internal Audit of their management systems. Assessing the performance of their management system and identifying potential improvements, this led to a ‘pass’ with no non-conformances.
Remotely, we also assisted Ideal Health on their journey to ISO 27001 Certification. We were able to provide a 3 day Gap Analysis, facilitated by an Assent consultant, using remote screen share software. During the Gap Analysis, we assessed the processes and documented information that Ideal Health already had in place. Ideal Health successfully passed their surveillance audit without any minors or majors!
