To ensure we maintain the high levels of service we expect of our ourselves, each year we complete a Customer Feedback Survey. This not only measures our current performance, but also helps us set improvement objectives for the coming year.
2018 was a great year at Assent with many changes, and we were pleased to get some excellent feedback and responses to our survey, with yet again 100% of the respondents saying they would recommending our services!
